1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Chapterize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. The Service is operated by R&P Fusion Ltd.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content associated with your account. You agree not to use the Service to process video content that is illegal, infringing, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate chapters. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&P Fusion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. YouTube Terms
Our Service interacts with YouTube content. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or their affiliates.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
