1. General Policy
Chapterize offers a digital service that is delivered immediately upon usage. Because of the nature of the service (instant AI processing and data delivery), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or unused credits.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining time or unused credits in the current period.
3. Exceptions (Technical Issues)
We stand by the quality of our service. If you experience a technical error that prevents the service from functioning (e.g., the system fails to generate chapters for a valid video but deducts a credit), we will:
- Refund the credit to your account immediately.
- Or, issue a prorated refund for the subscription period if the service is proven to be unusable for an extended time.
To request a refund due to a technical issue, please contact us at support@chapterize.com within 7 days of the incident.
